Our museum relocation services include
Initial consultations and assessments
Prior to your move, our dedicated move manager will come over to assess and evaluate your items for the move and curate a bespoke package to tailor to your needs.
Before the move, our specialist packing team will carefully wrap your artefacts with acid-free tissue, foam pads, bubble wrap or heavy duty plastic sheeting and place them into 3 ply cardboard boxes with flow chips to prevent movement during transit.
For large and odd-shaped items, we will provide custom-built bespoke plywood cases to ensure safe transit of the items from your current location to the next.
Items will be transported via our own fleet of vehicles
We use our own fleet of vehicles to move your museum art and artefacts, so you can be certain of the safety and security of your items at all times.
Climate Controlled Storage Facility
Should you require storage services before, during or after the move, our climate controlled storage facility located in Uckfield is the ideal place to store all your precious artefacts for long or short periods of time.

We have vast experience in museum relocations and are proud to have successfully relocated one of the UK’s top attractions, The Natural History Museum! In 2014, the museum had a requirement for the relocation of a large collection (3,000+ items) of unique, delicate, irregularly-shaped and heavy animal skulls with horns and antlers to the museum’s off-site storage facility. This was a very challenging project involving a vast quantity of specimens each one unique and of significant scientific value. Following completion of the transport of the specimens to the storage site, we provided an “on request” unpacking service in line with the curator’s schedule.
